ELLAMBERTO offers luxury fashion products, including women's dresses, eveningwear and related fashion items.

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify our collections or discontinue products without prior notice.

Prices displayed on the Website are shown in the currency selected for your market.

Applicable taxes, duties, customs charges and delivery fees may vary depending on the destination and will be displayed or communicated where applicable.

For international deliveries, customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

After submitting an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.

This acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

ELLAMBERTO reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability or other legitimate reasons.

If an order that has already been paid is cancelled by ELLAMBERTO, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Delivery availability, estimated delivery periods and shipping charges depend on the destination.

Returns are governed by the separate ELLAMBERTO Returns Policy, which forms part of these Conditions of Sale.

Nothing in these Conditions limits mandatory consumer rights granted by the laws applicable in the customer's country or region.

These Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to ELLAMBERTO Limited in Hong Kong SAR, without depriving consumers of any mandatory rights provided by the laws of their place of residence where such rights apply.
